Terms and Conditions of Service
Welcome to Mercedes Cleaners. By booking and paying for our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Services
Mercedes Cleaners provides residential cleaning (basic and deep), commercial cleaning, and short-term rental cleaning (Airbnb). The scope of service is defined at the time of booking. Any additional or extra tasks not included may result in additional charges.
2. Bookings, Payments, and Payment Processing
All bookings are subject to availability.
Prices are based on the service selected and standard space size. Prices may be adjusted if the actual condition, size, or level of dirt differs significantly from what was reported.
We accept payments through third-party payment processors such as Stripe, PayPal, Square, Zelle, or other methods available at the time of booking. By completing a payment, you authorize Mercedes Cleaners to charge the selected payment method for the agreed amount.
Mercedes Cleaners does not store or process credit card information directly and is not responsible for errors, delays, or service interruptions caused by third-party payment providers.
Payment must be completed before or immediately after the service, as agreed at the time of booking.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Late cancellations, no-shows, or failure to provide access to the property may result in a cancellation fee and are not eligible for refunds.
4. Property Access
Clients are responsible for ensuring access to the property at the scheduled time. If our team cannot access the property after 15 minutes of waiting, the service will be considered a late cancellation.
5. Safety and Pets
For safety reasons, we do not move excessively heavy furniture or clean hazardous areas without proper equipment.
Pets must be secured during the service. Mercedes Cleaners is not responsible for pets that escape during staff entry or exit.
6. Supplies and Products
We use professional-grade cleaning products that are safe for families and pets. If the client requests the use of their own products, Mercedes Cleaners is not responsible for any damage caused by those products.
7. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with any cleaned area, you must notify us within 24 hours of service completion.
We will re-clean the affected area at no additional cost. Refunds are not provided.
8. Liability and Damages
Any damage or breakage must be reported within 24 hours of service. Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided or repair/replacement as covered by our insurance.
9. Unforeseen Events (Force Majeure)
Mercedes Cleaners is not responsible for service delays, rescheduling, or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather, power outages, emergencies, accidents, or government restrictions. In such cases, services may be rescheduled without penalty.
10. Changes to Terms
Mercedes Cleaners reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updates take effect once published on our website.
